Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-In: 2:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Studio Occupancy
• Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child under 12 (unless otherwise arranged).
• Please let us know in advance if you require an extra bed/baby cot.
Housekeeping
• Daily light housekeeping is included
• Linen and towels are changed every 3 days or upon request.
• Please use the “Please make up room” sign on door handle before 12 o'clock if you’d like your studio cleaned.
Pool Guidelines
• Open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• No glassware or food in the pool area.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No diving or running near the pool.
Smoking Policy
• Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
• All studios are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee applies if this policy is violated.
Quiet Hours
• Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Scooters & Transport
• Scooter rental available upon request.
• Please park only in designated areas.
• Transport to/from airport or local spots can be arranged with our team.
Payments & Cancellations
• Full payment is required at check-in (cash, credit card, or transfer).
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival may be charged the first night.
• No-shows will be charged the full stay.

• Please help us care for our natural surroundings by reducing waste and conserving water.
• Respect local customs and enjoy the slow rhythm of Amed life.
